My younger brother Josh graduated from high school in May. While we were sitting there and they were calling names I realized that Jesse and I have been graduated for 5 years. That is so crazy! It was a fun time to reflect on my high school experience. I used to tell people you couldn’t pay me to go back. I didn’t love high school while I was in it, but the longer I’ve been away from it the more I can appreciate the experience that I had.
Not too long after that Josh took out his endowment at the Timpanogos temple. It was neat to be in the temple with so many of my siblings and extended family.
In June my mom and stepdad, Scott, were sealed in the Payson temple. It was really neat to be there and be part of their special day. They are two people who really love each other a lot. I have learned a lot from them. This was a long time coming.
Don’t mind all the crazy faces in this picture. It was the only one I had with the majority of us in it.
There are 11 years between me and my youngest sibling Emily. Because we are all in different stages of life we don’t often go out and do things all together. Early on in the summer we all went on a hike together up to Horsetail Falls. It was a really pretty hike. It was a little harder than I anticipated, but it was fun hanging out with almost everyone.
